OUR PURPOSE
Why I Founded EA Academy
Companies started introducing artificial intelligence into the workplace, and suddenly, everything was changing. New tools. New expectations. New ways of working. But somewhere in all that excitement about AI, an important group of professionals was being overlooked: the administrative professionals behind the scenes.
The very people who keep executives organized, businesses moving, and operations running smoothly weren't always being included in the conversation or given the training to keep up. For many, AI was introduced without a roadmap. We were expected to figure it out on our own, squeeze learning into already demanding schedules, and somehow become comfortable with technology we hadn't been taught to use.
I've spoken with administrative professionals who haven't even taken that first step. Not because they aren't capable, but because they don't know where to begin. That's when I knew something needed to change.
I founded EA Academy because I believe administrative professionals deserve more than being handed another tool and told to figure it out. We deserve a place to learn, ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, and discover how AI can actually support the work we do every day. And this isn't just about technology. It's about building confidence, strengthening our skills, expanding our influence, and recognizing the value we already bring to the table.
